China offers a wide variety of products for purchase, and goods are transported to Thailand by both land and sea. To make it easier for you to place orders without complications in documentation and taxes, we offer a cargo service with inclusive tax payment.

There are two shipping methods available: by truck and by sea.

• By truck, it takes 5-7 days from the date the goods arrive at the warehouse in China.
• By sea, it takes 15-20 days from the date the goods arrive at the warehouse in China.

Please note that shipping times from China to Thailand may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as product inspection checkpoints, natural disasters, holidays, or other unpredictable events.

Shipping Calculation Method (by Sea)

Example:

If the product weighs 10 kg and the dimensions are 50x55x65 cm, the calculation is as follows:

Volume = 50 x 55 x 65 = 178750 ÷ 1,000,000 = 0.179 cubic meters
0.179 cubic meters x 6000 Baht per cubic meter = 1074 Baht
10 kg x 45 Baht per kg = 450 Baht

The shipping charge will be calculated based on the higher value, which is based on the volume, so the total cost is 1074 Baht.

The prices are calculated from the warehouse in China to the warehouse in Thailand. The price varies depending on the type of product (standard, FDA, TIS, special goods, etc.).

Product Types:

1. General Products

• Clothing, bedding, home decor, apparel and accessories, non-wooden furniture, bags, shoes, watches, general household items, eyeglasses without prescription lenses.
• For products without brand symbols, copyrights, or “MADE IN” labels (excluding “MADE IN CHINA”).
• If the product image on the website is unclear, we will follow the product type as confirmed by the warehouse staff in China.

2. Type 1 Products

• Electrical appliances and connectors, sanitary ware, stainless steel items, children’s toys, plastic toys, sharp objects (e.g., knives, hooks, needles), kitchen equipment, ceramic, plastic, glass, or stainless steel kitchenware, pet food, agricultural chemicals, vehicle accessories, dolls, wooden furniture, medical devices, batteries, medical products, patient wheelchairs and beds, personal care products, cleaning items, construction tools, and more.
• For products without brand symbols, copyrights, or “MADE IN” labels (excluding “MADE IN CHINA”).
• If the product image on the website is unclear, we will follow the product type as confirmed by the warehouse staff in China.

3. Type 2 Products

• Consumables, food additives, condiments, cosmetics, perfumes, beauty products, contact lenses, medicines, supplements, surface cleaning products, disinfectants, etc.
• For products without brand symbols, copyrights, or “MADE IN” labels (excluding “MADE IN CHINA”).
• If the product image on the website is unclear, we will follow the product type as confirmed by the warehouse staff in China.

Prohibited Products:

• Counterfeit goods, drones, all types of communication devices, diamonds, coins, banknotes, powders, liquids, plant seeds, fertilizers, pets, weapons, pressurized gas products, flammable items, sextoys, all types of tires, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, wooden furniture and items made of wood.
