We collect goods and ship from Thailand every 7-10 days. The goods are shipped by air to India and cleared through customs within 2 working days. Once the goods arrive at our warehouse in India, we deliver them to the recipient within 5-7 working days. From the time goods leave Thailand, the entire shipping process takes no more than 15 days.
Packaging for Shipment
We recommend packaging sizes no larger than 50x50x50 cm. (For larger sizes, please contact our sales team for confirmation of shipment).
To calculate the shipping cost, use the formula: Width x Length x Height (cm) ÷ 5000 = Volume Weight (kg).
When comparing volume weight and actual weight, the higher value will be used to calculate the shipping cost.
Example:
For a parcel weighing 5 kg with box dimensions of 20 cm (width) x 30 cm (length) x 20 cm (height).
Shipping cost calculation:
Width x Length x Height of the parcel (cm) ÷ 5,000 = Volume weight (kg)
20 x 30 x 20 ÷ 5,000 = 2.4 kg
In this case, the shipping cost will be based on the higher value, which is the actual weight of 5 kg.

Before sending parcels to India, it’s important to know what items are prohibited to avoid any complications or delays. The following items are prohibited from being shipped to India:
