What do you need to prepare a quote?
Share the product, pickup city, delivery city or PIN code, carton count, weight and dimensions. Add the cargo ready date and invoice or packing list if available. You can start with the details you already have.
Should I choose air freight, LCL or FCL?
Air freight generally suits urgent or smaller shipments. LCL combines smaller sea shipments in a shared container; FCL uses a full container. The best fit depends on volume, weight, cargo type and timing. Ask us to compare the available options.
Can you collect from more than one supplier?
Ask our team about supplier pickup and consolidation in China. Share each supplier’s location, cargo details and ready date so we can review the collection plan.
Which documents or approvals will I need?
Requirements depend on your product and shipment. Commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents are commonly needed. India’s IEC requirements and product-specific rules may also apply. Certain products require BIS certification, while food imports are subject to FSSAI requirements. Confirm the applicable requirements before dispatch.
Does the quote include customs duties and taxes?
Ask for the inclusions and exclusions in your quotation. Freight, clearance, delivery, duties, taxes, inspection or storage charges may be quoted separately. The applicable charges depend on the goods, route and agreed service scope.
How long will my shipment take?
Timing depends on the route, freight mode, cargo readiness, documents and customs clearance. Share your ready date and delivery target so our team can discuss an estimated schedule. Final timing is subject to the shipment conditions.
Can I enquire about shipping from India to China?
Yes. Send your product, pickup location in India, destination in China and cargo details. Our team will review the route and confirm the available service scope and requirements before you book.
